With over a decade of experience across infrastructure development, structural design, and venture capital, she brings a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic vision to the firm. Her career bridges large-scale construction delivery with hands-on work in the startup ecosystem, giving her a unique perspective on how innovation can create real-world impact. At Imad Ventures, Tatiana shapes the firm’s founder-focused approach and commitment to backing technologies that are redefining how the built environment is planned, delivered, and sustained. She holds an EMBA from Columbia Business School, an MSc in General Structures from Imperial College London, and a B.Eng. from McGill University.

Juan Carlos Sanchez leads deal origination and investments at Imad Ventures, focusing on technologies in decarbonization, automation, and deep tech. He has over 12 years of experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and as an operator in venture-backed start-ups. He has invested in many early-stage companies across construction tech, proptech, and climate tech, with nine exits. Previously, he was Head of Ventures at Goldacre Ventures, part of a £2bn+ asset manager, and served as a fractional CFO/COO to construction tech start-ups. Juan Carlos holds an MPhil in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester, where he graduated top of his class.

Haifa Asaad is an investment professional at Imad Ventures, where she focuses on identifying and supporting technologies shaping the future of construction and the built environment. Her work spans deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and strategic due diligence across construction technology, industrial innovation, and adjacent sectors. She brings experience across construction, real estate, and corporate strategy. Haifa began her career in the UK real estate market before moving into strategic transformation roles at Nesma & Partners and MBC Group. Through these roles, she developed a strong understanding of large-scale project environments, operational complexity, and the strategic drivers shaping infrastructure and construction markets across the region. Haifa holds a degree in Business Studies from Bayes Business School, City, University of London, and a certificate in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics.
